Hey everybody, I’m Zack Hall founder of Integrity Strength—a fitness brand built on the belief that weight training is more than just a workout. It’s a tool for healing, growth, and building a deeper connection between your body and your mind. I come from a background as an elite-level powerlifter and amateur bodybuilder, but my passion lies far beyond the competition platform. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how weight training can change lives—not just by improving physical health, but by instilling discipline, confidence, and resilience. For me, training isn’t about chasing perfection—it’s about showing up. It’s about choosing to take care of your body, especially when life makes that feel hard.

 

I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—many of them not athletes, but regular people looking to feel stronger, move better, and regain a sense of control over their well-being. At Integrity Strength, I use weight training as my chosen method, because it works. It teaches consistency, patience, and inner strength. But I also know that every person is different—so I meet you where you’re at, and we build from there.

 

My approach is rooted in personalized coaching, proper movement, and long-term sustainability. I believe that the human body was designed to move. When we stop challenging it, we don’t just stay the same—we begin to break down. That’s why my mission is to help you keep moving forward, one rep at a time, with purpose and intention. Work with me one-on-one at Elevar Gym in Bothell to build strength, improve movement quality, and reach your fitness goals with hands-on guidance. Whether you’re just starting out or refining your technique, each session is tailored to your individual needs and progress.

Available to all levels. Focused, effective, and supportive.

Online Monthly Programming – General Health

This lower-cost monthly option is ideal for clients who want structured training for overall strength, fitness, and well-being. You’ll receive a professionally designed workout plan with progression, accountability, and optional check-ins.

Perfect for those looking to stay active, strong, and consistent.

Premier Online Coaching – Competitive Lifters

For serious lifters pursuing performance goals, this monthly coaching service offers fully customized programming, form reviews, ongoing communication, and competition prep support. Every rep, set, and phase is tailored to your needs as a competitor.

Includes daily video feedback and ongoing adjustments.

In-Home or Virtual Training (Case-by-Case Basis)

Prefer to train at home or virtually? I offer personalized sessions either in-person at your location or via video call, depending on availability. Great for clients with unique scheduling needs or mobility limitations.

Flexible, convenient, and custom-fit to your space and goals.

Hybrid Coaching (In-Person + Remote)

Combine the best of both worlds. Hybrid coaching includes in-person sessions at Elevar or your location, alongside remote programming and support. Great for clients who want hands-on guidance with the flexibility of training on their own time.
